Refund Policy

This is a digital product. Once the eBook has been delivered or downloaded, refunds are generally not available because digital access cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

• Duplicate payments for the same eBook order.
• A successful payment where delivery failed and the issue could not be resolved.
• Incorrect charge or payment gateway issue confirmed after review.

Bank transfer orders are manually verified. Please send the slip through WhatsApp and allow us time to confirm the payment before delivery.
